Delta Air Lines chose the Aerospace Software Developments Annual RFID User Conference to award ASD with a token of their thanks for the commitment shown in providing cutting edge RFID solutions to the aviation industry.
Delta Air Lines use ASD’s RFIDAeroCheck solution to manage presence and expiry checks for 60 different emergency equipment types across the entire Delta fleet of over 850 aircraft.
On receiving the award from the RFID Implementation team at Delta, Dave Browne (ASD Managing Director) said “Delta was ASD’s first customer to implement RFID on aircraft in 2010. It has been a marvellous journey for ASD and one that I feel has been very beneficial for both companies. It’s great to receive recognition for our contribution and commitment to the Delta projects to date and I am proud to accept the award on behalf of all the team at ASD.”
ASD look forward to continued partnership with Delta and adding to the products and services that we provide to Delta Air Lines and all our RFID customers. It is their expertise, feature requests and the challenges they set for us that are the real driving force behind our innovation and success.
